 Here's the inside of my card:

Dimensions:  Watermelon Wonder (8-1/2 x 5-1/2 & scraps), Whisper White (2 @ 4 x 5-1/4 & scraps), Pool Party (3-7/8 x 5-1/8), 2014-2016 In Color Paper Stack (3/4 x 1-1/2)

Instructions:

1. Stamp 29 in Pool Party ink randomly on Pool Party layer.
2. Cut a banner in the end of the striped 3/4 x 1-1/2 In Color Designer Paper – adhere to card front.
3. Stamp “Look Who’s….” in black in on card front.
4. Die cut numbers “29” with Large Numbers Framelits Dies on Watermelon Wonder card stock scrap.
5. Add Dimensionals to the back of the numbers – do a dry fit to get placement for the “AGAIN” – stamp AGAIN with black ink and adhere numbers to card front.
6. Punch out Whisper White and Watermelon Wonder stars – randomly adhere to card front.
7. Add Pool Party layer to Whisper White layer and then to card front.
8. Stamp “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” and the swoosh image on remaining Whisper White layer – adhere to inside.
9. Enjoy!
