I absolutely LOVE the new Black Glimmer Paper – it's the BOOM!
This card uses Pumpkin Pie and Rich Razzleberry card stock/ink. I used the Owl Builder Punch for the black layer in the eyes and the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack was used for the stars.
