A little love….

I just had to share this pretty Valentine's card with you.  I found the layout online and used the new HAPPY WATERCOLOR stamp set in the NEW Occasions Mini catalog.  I combined this with the Hearts Framelit Collection and Red Glimmer Paper, and the Label Card Thinlit "i heart u" die to make a blingy creation.

My challenge was to make a Valentine card without using a Valentine stamp set – and I think I did ok?

I stamped my flowers in Black StazOn and colored them with an Aqua Painter and markers colored on a piece of tile…so I could pick up my color with the Aqua Painter.  You can do some really artistic painting this way!  I sponged over the Adorning Accents heart embossed images on the base of my card with a little Soft Suede ink to make it pop.  I thought the 5/8" Crochet Trim was the perfect accent for this card.  You can see most of the supplies below and you can click on the name of the product to see it in my online store.

The inside greeting is from the Delightful Dozen stamp set – this set is a MUST HAVE for your greeting collection.  I think I've used it almost every month for my stamp classes.  It contains 12 all around greetings that work for just about any occasion.
