BAM Stamping Technique

 How many times have you wanted to stamp 3 images in a row and the first two are perfectly straight and the last one ends up crooked????  Major frustration!  Here's the perfect solution….my friend Dawn Olchefske calls this BAM Stamping – I love it!  Line your images up on an extra large acrylic block…test stamp on a scrap and make any adjustments necessary before you go to your good cardstock – SIMPLE!  It gets better – READ ON!

Now I need to do the 2-Step Stamping part of my card…and the Aviary stamp set is perfect for this!  Line up your birds on top of the bird cage acrylic block so they're placed perfectly in the cages…then push another Acrylic Block down on top of them so they stick…what do you have?  All three birds, perfectly placed so you can stamp away!!!

I wanted my birds to be different colors – the Stampin' Spots are the perfect solution.  The 1" x 1" ink pads are not only affordable, but the perfect size for this project!!!  I used More Mustard, Rose Red and Not Quite Navy.  They come in our regular Color Collections – Brights, Subtles, Regals & Nuetrals!!!  So you get 8-10 colors in each pack for $15.95 to $19.95.  They're also perfect for traveling!!! 
 
 

While your at it – why not stamp the birds again on the inside of your card?
