Welcome to the September blog hop with the Creative Inking Design Team! We are featuring projects with an AUTUMN VIBE! Now – I have to tell you that summer is my favorite season and it's usually pretty short here in Wisconsin but fall comes in a close 2nd. I love the changing of the leaves and the fall color – DELICIOUS – with their rich hues! So I designed these cards for my technique club using a technique called COLOR BLOCKING.

Once I got started on this technique – I had a hard time stopping!
I used Blackberry Bliss, Crushed Curry and Old Olive – perfect colors for fall cards…are you feeling the vibes?
The Copper Foil Sheets embossed with the HAMMERED METAL EMBOSSING FOLDER is striking – don't you think? That embossing folder was so popular that it's on backorder until Sept 30th! It will be worth the wait.
Dimensions:
- Card base (Blackberry Bliss or Crushed Curry) 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
- Very Vanilla 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" (front) & 4" x 5 1/4" (inside)
- Layer under stamped layer (Blackberry Bliss or Crushed Curry) 3 5/8" x 4 7/8"
- Copper Foil Sheets 3/4" x 5 1/4"
This card has the HAMMERED METAL EMBOSSING FOLDER embossed so the patter is going INNIE instead of OUTTIE. The Copper Foil layer is 2" x 4".
All the insides have just a little bit of stamping in them. I left them without any sentiment so I can use them for whatever I need.
I'm so happy with the final result! I can't hardly wait to send these out!!!
