I'm asking because there is a box that you checked when you set up your online account that WON'T LET ME KNOW WHO YOU ARE! You used the current hostess code so I can send you a FREE GIFT and so I can enter you in a drawing to win a free stamp set of your choice…but I can't do either if I don't know who you are!!!

Please follow the steps below to change your account settings so I will know who you are:
#1 Go to your online account and log in – this is the screen you will see – click on MY ACCOUNT where I have the XXX's:
#2 This is the next screen:
#3 Click on the tab under the XXX's that says MY DEMONSTRATOR:
#4 The last 2 questions at the bottom are causing the problem. Please make sure that you change the last question to YES. You do want to allow your demonstrator to contact you – then click on SAVE.
This is a HUGE source of frustration for all demonstrators. People think that when they click NO they are telling Stampin' Up! that they don't want a bunch of emails about "order updates" – this is SOOOOO misleading. What you are actually doing is keeping your CONTACT INFORMATION from me – I can't even see who you are….and therefore I have no way to THANK YOU for your order!!!
