  • Hello Honey 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 (fold in half)
  • Sweet Li’l Things DSP (Designer Series Paper) 4 x 5-1/4, Banners – 1/2 x 3-1/4 & 1/2 x 2-1/4
  • Very Vanilla scrap for Rhino and 1/2 x 1-1/2 (banner)
• Ink
  • Tip Top Taupe
  • Pool Party
• Accessories:
  • Tiny Pearls, Sponge, 2-1/2″ Circle Punch

Directions:

1. Stamp rhino in Tip Top Taupe ink on Very Vanilla scrap – punch with circle punch – sponge edges with Pool Party ink
2. Stamp “Thanks” in Tip Top Taupe ink cut “V” in end
3. Cut “V’s” in both DSP banner ends
4. Adhere circle and banners to large DSP layer
5. Cut the left edge off the rhino circle
6. Add tiny pearls randomly to card front – there are 5 on this card – if you look hard you can see them in the photo above – they really do add a little something special!

Directions:

1. Fold Tip Top Taupe card base at the score line
2. Bring the right side in to meet up with the left side and fold
3. Stamp elephant in Tip Top Taupe ink and punch with 2″ Circle Punch
4. Adhere elephant to 2-3/8″ Scallop Circle punched out of Pool Party card stock
5. Adhere those layers to 2-1/2″ Hello Honey circle with Dimensionals
6. Run 2 x 5-1/4 Very Vanilla layer through Big Shot in Decorative Dots embossing folder
7. Adhere embossed layer to right side panel of card front
8. Adhere 1-7/8 x 5-1/4 DSP layer to left side panel of card front
9. Adhere elephant layer to left side of front of card
10. Stamp “thanks” in Watermelon Wonder ink on Very Vanilla scrap – punch with Word Window Punch
11. Adhere to Washi Label punched Watermelon Wonder scrap with Dimensionals
12. Adhere Washi Label to left side of card front
13. Stamp large “THANK YOU” in Watermelon Wonder ink on 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Very Vanilla – adhere to inside of card

  • Honeycomb Embossing Folder, Hexagon Punch, Sahara Sand 7/8″ Lace Trim, Sponge, Big Shot, SNAIL (tape runner)

Directions:

1. Run the front of your card through the Big Shot in the Honeycomb Embossing Folder
2. Stamp giraffe, lion, elephant and zebra in inks as shown
3. Punch them out with the Hexagon Punch
4. Punch out two more Hexagon Punch layers in the DSP
5. Stamp “Many THANKS” in Hello Honey ink, punch with Hexagon Punch and sponge edges with Pool Party ink
6. Lay the Hexagon images & DSP on the Watermelon Wonder layer to figure out spacing and adhere in place
7. Add Sahara Sand Lace Trim to back of Watermelon Wonder layer with SNAIL (tape runner) and adhere all to card front

Directions:

1. Adhere lace to back left side of Watermelon layer with SNAIL and adhere to card front
2. Adhere DSP layer to card front overlapping Watermelon Wonder layer – there is 3/8″ of the Watermelon Wonder strip showing on the card front
3. Stamp images and “Many THANKS” in inks shown on Very Vanilla Layer
4. Adhere to Pool Party layer
5. Run scraps of Watermelon Wonder and Hello Honey through Decorative Dots Embossing Folder
6. Punch out little circle with 3/4″ Circle Punch
7. Adhere to back side of right edge of Pool Party layer
8. Adhere to card front

• Ink

  • 2″ Circle Punch, 2-1/2″ Circle Punch, Sahara Sand 7/8″ Lace Trim, Pearls, Project Life Corner Rounder, Dimensionals

Directions:

1. Stamp giraffe on Very Vanilla scrap with Hello Honey ink and “Thanks” in Tip Top Taupe ink
2. Cut giraffe out about half way down the neck
3. Turn your punch upside down so you can see the image you are going to punch
4. Insert giraffe head into the 2″ Circle Punch first and pull the head up to the edge of where you stopped cutting the neck out
5. Punch your circle – see photo below 
6. Adhere giraffe layer to Watermelon Wonder 2-1/2″ punch circle
7. Punch the corners on the Tip Top Taupe and DSP layers with the corner rounder punch
8. Adhere to card front as shown
9. Adhere giraffe/circle layer to DSP layer with Dimensionals
10. Add Sahara Sand lace trim to card front with SNAIL
11. Add 3 little pearls to bottom right corner of card front

Directions:

1. Stamp animal images as shown on card on Very Vanilla layer
2. Adhere to card front
3. Stamp “Thank-you” in Tip Top Taupe at the bottom left of card front
4. Cut the zip-zag seam off the 1-1/4″ Burlap Ribbon and adhere to card front at the bottom of the Vanilla layer with Liquid Glue
5. Stamp toucan bird in Pool Party ink on Vanilla scrap – bunch with 1″ Circle Punch
6. Adhere circle to Hello Honey 1-1/4″ Scallop Circle
7. Adhere Scallop Circle to card front with Dimensional

BOOK BOX INSTRUCTIONS

Supplies:

• Paper
  • Inside Box: Watermelon Wonder 10″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 1″ & 2″ on all sides
  • Outside Cover: Watermelon Wonder  6-1/2″ x 11″ scored at 5″ & 6″ on the long side
  • Flap: 5-1/2″ x 2″ scored at 3″ & 4″ on the long side
  • Outside: Sweet Li’l Things DSP (Designer Series Paper) 6″ x 10-1/2″
  • Tab: Pool Party 1/2″ x 3-3/4″
• Accessories:
  • Washi Label Punch, Antique Brads, Paper Pierceing Tool, Paper Piercing Mat, Expressions Natural Elements, Mini Glue Dots, Hearts Border Punch, Project Life Corner Rounder, Stampin’ Trimmer or Simply Scored, Tear Tape or Liquid Glue

Tips:

1. Use Mini Glue Dots to adhere the Expressions Natural Elements (wooden words) to the box front
2. Place the tab ends in the Washi Label Punch before adhering to box front – you will insert them into the Washi Label Punch from the top instead of inserting the layer in the punch like you would normally insert it.
3. Insert the Antique Brads on the tab before you put your box together.
4. Use the Corner Rounder on all corners of the box cover, DSP layer and flap before assembly

The photo below shows the Flap being inserted on the inside of the box cover – lining it up with the edge of the cover before you adhere the inside box:
