I just had to share some of the gifts that were exchanged at my Team Christmas party earlier this month! This Santa face was attached to a coffee mug and held a candle – how adorable!
Here's a set of clear ornaments with rolled up strips of Designer Paper – isn't this fun???
This tissue box cover is so elegant – at first I thought it was wooden – but it's just made of cardstock!!!
And who doesn't love a covered note pad and matching pen set???
And now I have to share a "OMGosh – what have you done!" moment – LOL! I came home last week to find my darling daughter in my stamping dungeon (all bundled up (it's freezing down here) – she braved the steep stairs with her crutches and brace – OH MY!) She was working on her Spanish project. She had to make a timeline of her life…being the incredibly talented crafter that she is…she had to use some of mom's tools for the project. The "OMGosh" part has to do with the Designer Paper she chose to use….my brand new samples of Sale-A-Bration paper!!!! Those of you that are demo's can totally relate to my hystaria – we are only allowed to prepurchase one pack of this paper so we can get rolling on making samples for the upcoming promotion….and my kid used all three sheets in this design – LOL!!!!
Yea – I know you're all chuckling! I didn't flip out….I just reminded her of the the TWO HUGE BOXES of retired designer paper that I have available for her to use anytime!!!! Here's her project – it did turn out super cute – and she did get an "A" – but I'm sure that would have happened with last years' version of paper too!
Thanks for stopping by….
Its very cute, ohhhh I would have had to do the count to 10 routine but thats just the joy of having children; doesn’t matter what age they are you always have these kind of moments that you wonder, “why did they do that?!”
I can see why she used that paper. It is very pretty!
Very nice project. And I love the DSP…lol
