And now for a delicious treat….these brownies are the BOMB!!! Thanks Sandy Behnke for bringing them in March and sharing the recipe!
You make a pan of brownies – follow directions for cake like brownies.
Frosting is 1 – 8oz. cream cheese softened – mix with 1/2 cup powdered sugar and add a couple drops of green food coloring.
Spread on cooled brownies.
Take 18 Andes mints and chop – sprinkle on top of frosting.
Take 10 Andes mints and melt in microwave-drizzle over the top.
Enjoy!!!
