I have an oldie but goodie for you today! It's called Mother of Pearl Technique and it's super easy with a HUGE WOW factor! You'll need your Shimmer Paint and some plastic wrap along with GLOSSY WHITE CARDSTOCK! I was so happy when Stampin' Up! brought this cardstock back and then they brought back the Shimmer Paints and all was good with the world! There's so many fun things you can do with both of these products!!!!
