New STAMP Set!!!!

I combined two NEW adorable stamp sets – Pennant Parade and Sweets for the Sweet to make this cute card for Hailey to give to her Papa!!!!

Do you love my background paper???  I used the "Happy Birthday" from Bring on the Cake to make – what looks like background paper!
