Measurements:

Vanilla Card Stock: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” & 3 3/8” x 4 3/8”
Black Card Stock 2: 3 1/2” x 4 1/2”
DSP: 3 ¾ x 5
scraps (sentiment) and for the Flamingos about a 3 x 4 ½

Instructions:

Stamp one Flamingo in Sweet Sugarplum onto the Image piece. Make sure to color in the beak with a black marker before stamping. Stamp another Flamingo and cut out.
Attach the DSP to the Card Base
Add a Strip of Ribbon to the card (tape to the back of the black mat). Cut about 3” of ribbon and tie a knot on the front of the ribbon making a faux knot. Attach the Image Piece to the Black Mat and pop up with dimensionals
Color Pearls with a Black Sharpie and randomly place on card
Stamp sentiment on a scrap that is 1 x 1 1/8” and pop up with dimensionals.
