Here's a fun easel card I made for my Technique Tuesday class earlier this month.  These are really easy to make.  Notice that you only glue the front layer on the bottom of the easel part….

EASEL CARD

Stamps:

Garden in Bloom

Cardstock Dimensions:

Rich Razzleberry 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 base, 4-1/2 x 2-2/8 scored at 1/2 & 2-1/2 easel base

Whisper White 4 x 5-1/4 front, 4 x 5-1/4 inside, 2-1/8 x 3-3/4 front easel

Mossy Meadow 2-1/4 x 3-7/8

See All Supplies:

1. Stamp the FRIENDS greeting in Mossy Meadow ink on the large white layer
2. Stamp a butterfly above the greeting in Rich Razzleberry ink
3. Fold over the 1/2" end of the scored Rich Razzleberry layer and glue to back of the layer you stamped the greeting on about 1/4" from the left edge
4. Adhere this layer to card front
5. Fold Rich Razzleberry on center score line and adhere Mossy Meadow layer ONLY putting glue or tape at the bottom of the Rich Razzleberry layer so you don't glue your easel down
6. Stamp flower image on small white layer by inking up in Rich Razzleberry and stamping off once to get a lighter image
7. Stamp the oval flower accents at full strength Rich Razzleberry ink over top of flower
8. Stamp stem and leaves in Mossy Meadow ink – notice that the stem is curved?  Just manipulate it on your block to make this shape
9. Adhere flower layer to easel layer and tie with ribbon
10. Add rhinestone to little butterfly
