Here's another one of my favorite stamp sets…Secret Garden…and it's time to say goodbye!!! YEP…she's retiring!
This card was so fun to make…the technique is called STAINED GLASS. I stamped on Vellum Cardstock with VersaMark Ink and then embossed it with White Embossing Powder.
