Ink: Black Craft & Classic; Brilliant Blue
Cardstock: Glossy White; Brilliant Blue; Basic Black
Accessories: 1/2" Circle Punch; 1 1/4" Circle Punch; Dimensionals; White Embossing Powder; Heat Tool; Brayer; Clear Embossing Powder; Spiral Punch;
Dimensions:
Basic Black Base
3 1/4 x 4 1/4
Brilliant Blue 4 x 5 1/4
Glossy White 3 x 4

Great video Kelly! My SIL turns 30 this month and I’m going to make him one of these cards. I’ve heard of this technique, but didn’t know what it was, so thanks for clearing that up for me.
Lots ideas with this technique – water, sun, reflections, spiral hole for a pop up image, fire, etc.
