Today I'm sharing a SPOTLIGHTING TECHNIQUE with one of my favorite stamp sets – TIMELESS TROPICAL. I used this same stamp set to make another card featuring the same technique using squares and the pineapple image for a fun thank you card – you'll find that along with a video tutorial in the download file a little further down the page.

I just love this hibiscus flower and thought it was perfect for this technique. You can see in the video above how to stamp the images and color them. I added a layer of Perennial Essence Vellum Cardstock. I can't believe this is the first time I've used the colored vellum! It's soooo pretty.

And these trinkets are just STINKIN' ADORABLE!!!

This card uses the Petal Pink Perennial Essence Vellum Cardstock as a layer under the stamped Stitched Rectangle layer.

Dimensions:

• Whisper White Thick 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
• Whisper White 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" & scrap
• Basic Black scrap
• Perennial Essence Vellum Cardstock 2 7/8" x 4 1/8"
