Sale-a-Bration Design Team – Lots of Lavender

Welcome to week three of the Sale-a-bration Design Teams project ideas.  We have five weeks of fun and amazing projects for you.  Each project will have a file that you can download and save to your computer or print off to take into your stamping space.

This week we have a fabulous project using one of our Clear Mount Stamp Cases.  These are fabulous to pop in your purse to keep coupons and notes in. The paper crafting is all inside the plastic cover so it won't get smashed and crinkled as you take it in and out of your purse or bag.

This stamp set is called LOTS OF LAVENDER – it's a FREE stamp set with your $50 order during our Sale-a-Bration promotion (ends March 31). 

 I used one of the beautiful PETAL PAIR embossing folders for the belly band – it's one of two…that's right TWO folders you get in the combo pack. I love it – it adds so much elegance to any project.

Here's the inside – not only beautiful but functional too! A calendar and a pocket are perfect for keeping your life in order. I took the note pad to a copy store where they cut it down to fit inside this case. 

Cutting & Scoring:  

• Petal Passion Designer Series Paper – 10 1/2” x 7”,  2” x 4 1/4” & 3 1/4” x 1/2”
• Berry Burst – 10 1/2” x 2 1/4” & 6” x 2-1/2” scored at 1/2” on each end, 2 3/8” x 2 1/4” & scraps
• Whisper White, Basic Gray & Basic Black scraps

It's hard to see in the photo – but I used a WINK OF STELLA GLITTER BRUSH on the flowers to add that little bit of sparkle that always makes a project extra special.

Here's a close up of the layer around my calendar. I used the DECORATIVE RIBBON BORDER PUNCH to add the little bit of scalloped edge to the top and bottom.
