Fancy Flies

I know you can't get this glimmer paper anymore…but you could certainly die cut the HERD of dragonflies with Bermuda Bay cardstock and add some Dazzling Diamonds to it to make it sparkle! It's such a pretty card – I just couldn't NOT share it with you!

Supplies: See the full details below

Measurements:  

• Basic Black 8.5” x 4.25”
• Whisper white 3.75” x 5”
• Bermuda Bay 4” x 5.25”
• Gold Acetate 4’ x 5.25”
• Scrap of white for die cut
• Piece of Bermuda bay glimmer for dragonflies

Instructions:

1. Score and fold basic black in half
2. Adhere whisper white to inside of card
3. Adhere Bermuda bay cardstock to front of fold black card
4. Die cut whisper white circle with stitched framelits
5. Stamp circle with greeting
6. Die cut dragonflies from Bermuda bay glitter paper
7. Adhere stamped circle to front of acetate
8. Adhere dragonflies as seen in picture
9. Add adhesive to acetate behind where the circle is so that adhesive doesn’t show through – I recommend covering entire backside behind circle – tear and tape is a great choice for acetate
10. Adhere gold foil piece to card front
11. Add 3 gold metallic dots
12. Add greeting/sentiment of choice to inside of card
13. Sign and mail or deliver to someone in need of a little happy mail
