How fun is this card???? It uses the new BUILD A BIRTHDAY stamp set – super fun!!! I received this cutie in a recent swap. I also love the matching Washi Tape called CHERRY ON TOP DESIGNER WASHI TAPE – the Washi Tape is applied in three strips along the bottom of the white layer.
