The CHERRY ON TOP WASHI TAPE is folded in half (so it's stuck to itself) and tied in with the WHITE BAKER'S TWINE. What a GREAT idea to add that little splash of color. The base is Watermelon Wonder with Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry and Watermelon Wonder inks. The Crushed Curry "Birthday" stamp comes from the AGE AWARENESS stamp set – several different "birthday" stamps were used to get this fun background.
