Butterflies for your broken leg?

Here's a pretty card to share with you today – it was shared at my May Team Meeting.  Love the butterfly dies!!!!

And here's another story….my BFF broke her leg!!!! EEEKKKKK!  She called me one day recently and told me that she had a fabulous idea – it was going to transform my stamping business!  WOW – couldn't wait to hear all about it -you know how much I LOVE my stamping business!!!  So this is before….

And this is AFTER!!!  How stink in' cute is this????  Wanna know how we did it?  Mod Podge and die cut Designer Series Paper and Gold Glimmer Paper!!!!  I gooped the Mod Podge on her cast and then pushed the butterflies into it and painted over them again with a sponge brush.  One application – I didn't need to go back and paint over it after it was dry.  We did this a week ago and all the butterflies are still in place…the edges aren't popping up – no problems!  Funny thing…my BFF walked (opps – crutched!) into a local Mexican Restaurant last night and one of the customers saw her cast and said "are you friends with Kelly Acheson because that cast is FAMOUS!!!"  How funny is that???

The cast comes off next Tuesday – she's going to get a red or blue one and we are going to get to work decorating that beast for the 4th of July holiday!!!!  Can't wait to show you what's up next!
