I’m so happy you’re joining me today for the TOTALLY TECHNIQUES BLOG HOP – we are featuring the BABY WIPE technique – one of my favorites! There are so many different ways to us baby wipes with your stamping – I found a new way and I love it! You’ll find a video tutorial telling you how to do it here:
I hope you enjoyed the video – this technique is so fun and turns out different every time! I used the HOT AIR BALLOON BUNDLE. My ink refills are Azure Afternoon, Parakeet Party and Daffodil Delight.
Dimensionals:
- Parakeet Party — 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored at 5 1/2″
- Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper — 3 3/4″ x 5″
- Basic Black — 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ & scrap
- Basic White — 4″ x 5 1/4″ & scrap
My favorite baby wipes are Huggies Natural Care – they are fragrance free and don’t leave behind lint on everything.
Below are some different color combinations. Top right is Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral and Azure Afternoon. The bottom right is Berry Burst, Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight. The one on the left is Azure Afternoon, Parakeet Party and Daffodil – this is the one I used for my card above.
Always trying to be efficient – I stamped and embossed a whole bunch of sentiments and keep the ones I didn’t use in the Hot Air Balloon stamp case for future cards.
It’s hard to see the detail on the balloon on the photos above – this one really turned out great:
