Here's a fun little card made by Sarah Simon and shared in a recent swap. I love the Chalkboard technique and the fun colors!!!
Sarah used the Banner Blast stamp set and matching Banner Punch along with the See Ya Later stamp set and Decorative Dots embossing folder – all of these are FREE during Sale-a-Bration!!!
