Collage Stamping Technique

I choose the SEASIDE WISHES stamp set and incorporated it with a masking technique. I wanted something that had that clean and crisp look to use for an all occasion card. The masked are was created with the TEXTURED NOTES DIES (4th from the smallest) to create the window for the masking and Balmy Blue Ink with a Blending Brush. My stamped images are Night of Navy.

Basic White Thick — 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored at 5 1/2″
