Stampin’ Up! Supplies:

• STAMPS – Dandelion Wishes (146744 Wood Mount; 146747 Clear Mount)
• PAPER – Basic Black  (121045), Whisper White (100730)
• INK – Whisper White Craft Stampin’ Pad & Refill (147277)
• OTHER – Big Shot (143263), Layering Circle Framelits (141705), 5/8” Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon Whisper White (146912), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755)

Cutting & Scoring: 

• Basic Black 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”, scored at 4-1/4”
• Whisper White 5-1/4” x 4” (2 pieces)
• Basic Black 5” x 3-3/4”
• Scrap of Basic Black and Whisper White

Instructions:

• Use Whisper White Craft Stampin’ Pad to stamp large dandelion on bottom left corner of 5” x 3-3/4” Basic Black layer.
• Stamp sentiment onto piece of scrap Basic Black.
• Die cut sentiment from Basic Black scrap using Layering Circles scalloped die of your size choosing.
• Cut larger scalloped circle using Layering Circles Die from Whisper White scrap.
• Adhere greeting layer to Whisper White scalloped layer using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
• Tie bow using 5/8” Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon Whisper White around top of 5” x 3-3/4” Basic Black layer.
• Adhere layered circles over ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Adhere this layer to 5-1/4” x 4” piece of Whisper White Cardstock..
• Add to card front.
• Inside of card base, add 5-1/4” x 4” plain Whisper White Cardstock.
