This technique is easy and offers a wow factor – STAMPING ON DESIGNER SERIES PAPER is so fun. Combined with an emboss resist technique and then blending to make the image pop – WHOA right? You’ll find out step by step how to create pretty cards with this technique in my video here:
I chose to use the UNBOUNDED BEAUTY SUITE COLLECTION (163390) – a gorgeous suite with two stamp sets – each featuring matching dies. I love the UNBOUNDED BEAUTY 12″ X 12″ DESIGNER SERIES PAPER for this technique. You need to choose a subtle pattern that doesn’t take over your front layer. There were several designs on this DSP that fit the bill. Here is the card using Summer Splash – a new IN COLOR:

- Summer Splash — 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5 1/2″ & scrap
- Basic White — 5″ x 3 3/4″, 4″ x 5 1/4″ & scrap
- Unbound Beauty DSP — 4 7/8″ x 3 5/8″ & 1/2″ x 5 1/4″
