I have a great little gift card holder using the IN THE PINES BUNDLE. I combined it with the BRIGHTLY GLEAMING SPECIALTY DESIGNER SERIES PAPER. OH MY GOSH right? So pretty. The shiny paper is our BRUSHED METALLIC CARDSTOCK in copper.
A 1/2" piece of the DSP is a great way to dress up the inside. I stamped the trees from IN THE PINES with Pretty Peacock ink and added one of our copper STAR DESIGNER ELEMENTS..
Here's two card using both sides of the DSP – both are very elegant right? The one on the left is Pretty Peacock and the one on the right is Night of Navy.
Gift Card Holder Dimensions:
Pretty Peacock 11" x 4 1/4", scored at 3 3/4" & 9 1/4"
Very Vanilla 2 1/8" x 3 3/8", 4" x 4" & 3 1/2" x 4" (inside)
Brushed Metallic Cardstock 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" & 2 1/4" x 3 1/2"
Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" & 1/2" x 4 1/4" (inside)
And now for a fabulous stack of matching boxes – this was so easy and fun to make. All the dimensions are below and the scoring is simple Simon! The lids are scored at 1" on all four sides and the bottoms are scored at 2" on all four sides.
I can't hardly wait to gift these with the matching card!
BOXES – From largest to smallest – here are the box dimensions & scoring template:
- Bottom Box: Night of Navy: 9 1/2 X 9 1/2" – Brightly Gleaming Specialty DSP Lid: 7 1/2 X 7 1/2"
- Next Box Bottom Mossy Meadow: 8 1/2 X 8 1/2" – Brightly Gleaming Specialty DSP Lid: 6 1/2 X 6 1/2"
- Next Box Bottom Pretty Peacock: 7 1/2 X 7 1/2" – Brightly Gleaming Specialty DSP Lid: 5 1/2 X 5 1/2"
- Tiny Box Bottom Very Vanilla: 6 1/2 X 6 1/2" – Brightly Gleaming Specialty DSP Lid: 4 1/2 X 4 1/2"
Each bottom is scored at 2" on all four sides – Each lid is scored at 1” on all four sides
Here are the same boxes with the HEARTWARMING HUGS DSP – so cute right? The box idea comes from Ronda Wade – I just love it!!!
