Fish Punch Card

How stinkin' cute is this???  I found a card among the thousands on the display boards at Convention using this technique to make a cute little fish and just had to give it a try.  You can make this card at the TECHNIQUE TUESDAY class on 9/4!  Just email me to register…
I used the Blossom Petals Builder to make the fish and the sea-weeds.  I used my Aqua Painter to do a color wash on watercolor paper for the background.  I put about 15 drops of Pool Party reinker in 2 tablespoons of water and then used the Aqua Painter to just wash the color across the paper.  Then I took Turquoise reinker on a "wet" tip of the Aqua Painter and tapped it against my finger until it splattered on the watercolor paper to make some darker "bubbles."

I used the largest petal to make the tail – placing it on my piercing mat and running the stylus across it to make the swervy lines in the tail and bottom fin.

I did the same thing to the "seaweed" leaf below.
