Hey, Chick Calendar Card

How cute is this??? It was a project that everyone in January was able to make and I forgot to share it with you!!!

Who wouldn't want a cute little calendar on their desk that tells them they are AMAZING??? This chicken set continues to make me giggle every time I see it. The HEY, CHICK stamp set is a FREE selection during Sale-a-Bration with your $50 order.

Here's a close up of the doodling I did with a Project Life Journaling Pen – I stamped the greeting in Calypso Coral from the ALL THINGS THANKS stamp set. Then I stamped the crazy chicken and the "hey chick" greeting in Black StazOn ink. I took a journaling pen and drew crooked lines around the perimeter of the Whisper White layer (3-1/2 x 2-1/2) and added a set of 3 dots around the edges where shown. Super easy!!!

The easel part of the card that holds it up is 4 x 4, scored at 1/2, 2 and 3-1/2. Fold on the score lines and adhere inside the card with liquid glue. The card base is 4-1/4 x 11, scored at 5-1/2.

You can put a 4 x 5-1/4 panel on the back of the card and add a HAPPY BIRTHDAY if you'd like – how fun would it be for your loved one to have this on their desk all year long and know that it came from you?
