Here's a super easy technique that produces a super cool wow!!! I'm calling it Highlighted Saran Wrap…I'm using saran wrap to create a background and then going back with a little bolder color to highlight my stamped images. This card is a lot more spectacular in real life – REALLY – the photos just don't do it.
