Pre-cut cardstock packs will go out in the mail the week of 12/21 and the PDF will be available and emailed on 12/18 – NOTE THIS DATE – THIS IS A PRE-ORDER FOR THIS CLASS. This is the class that I do in collaboration with my friends Barb & Dena.

Here's a GREAT card made for Christmas with In the Pines – it's from a virtual group I belong to – isn't it fun?

Supplies:

  • Stamp Sets – In the Pines Bundle (155182); Christmas Gleaming (150464)
  • Card Stock – Thick Whisper White (140272); Whisper White (100730); Real Red (102482); Shaded Spruce (146981); Early Espresso (119686)
  • Stamp Pads – Real Red (147084)
  • Misc. – Pine Woods Die (153563); Happy Dies (152708); Red and Green Foil Sheets (153510); Gold Foil Sheets (132622); Red Rhinestones (146924); Dimensionals (104430); Evergreen Forest 3D Embossing Folder (153576)

Measurements: 

  • Thick Whisper White:     4 1/4 x 11” 
  • Whisper White:       4 ¼” x 5 ½” and 2 ¾” x 4”
  • Real Red:                 2 7/8” x 4 1/8”
  • Shaded Spruce:             3” x 4 ¼” 

Instructions:

  1. Emboss the 4 ¼” x 5 ½” Whisper White with the Evergreen 3D Embossing Folder and attach to the front of the card base.
  2. Cut the Tree out of the 2 ¾” x 4” piece of Whisper White
  3. Attach the Green Foil Piece to the back of the cut-out tree piece using adhesive, also attach a scrap of Early Espresso for the tree trunk.
  4. Attach tree piece to the Real Red Piece with Dimensionals and then that to the Shaded Spruce mat using adhesive.
  5. Using the stars from Happy Dies, cut out of Gold foil and attach the largest one to the top of the tree with adhesive.
  6. Add Red Rhinestones as shown
