FAUX TEARING TECHNIQUE

I was out prowling around on Splitcoaststampers.com (SCS) today and found a tutorial on a technique that I used a few years ago…but kind of forgot about! I don't know how that happens – do you? It's super cool and just an illusion of an extra layer of cardstock on each of these cards!

It's a really great technique, especially if you don't have a SUPER stash of cardstock colors – saves on layers too…but gives the impression of more than one layer.
Here's some samples I found – now don't give me any credit for these cards…they are all from SCS – so many INCREDIBLY talented stampers!
