We kicked the night off with a fabulous technique that opens up so many possibilities! Use your dies with the SILICONE CRAFT SHEET to create a subtle embossed layer! This card features the FOREVER FLORALS BUNDLE – it’s out of stock but will be back the week of May 18th.

Dimensions:

• Basic White Thick – 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored at 5 1/2″
• Mossy Meadow – 3 3/4″ x 5″, scrap
• Soft Sea Foam – 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″
• Barely Blush – scrap (NEW IN COLOR)
• Basic White – scrap

This card is going out to all my ONLINE TECHNIQUE CLUB members for April. They will get the completed card and the instructions with a sample of this Dry Embossing With Dies technique in the mail. You can use any dies to create a soft, embossed image. Below used the small label to emboss with the SILICONE CRAFT SHEET and then die cut the label with the bigger label die – leaving an embossed frame around the label.

I love to personalize cards for my friends and family! The CAPTURING SMILES BUNDLE is a perfect way to do that with a photo! I pulled a photo off Facebook of my SIL Barb for this one – she’s got a birthday next week. Uploading photos to Walgreens is so easy and I like having a “real” photo for these types of projects. I trimmed the photo and added it to the back of the film strip. I think she’s going to LOVE it! I used the EYELET BLOOMS DIE for the Coastal Cabana layer under the film strips to add some fun texture. I used the same technique with the SILICONE CRAFT SHEET for a subtle texture. The MINI ALPHABET DIES are perfect for personalization too!
