I found this video and wanted to share it with you – funny that Stampin' Up! calls this technique MARBLING – it is marbling – but we've called it the SHAVING CREAM technique for a gazillion years – right?
I love the idea they shared about punching out images using the marbled layers – super cool right?

OK, so we have also called this the shaving cream technique because marbleing is done using – marbles! To do that you use a small container (I use an old stamp container), put in a few drops of re-inker, and add a few marbles. Close, swirl marbles around, remove the marbles, put your cardstock in the container and put the marbles on top. Swirl around until you get the amount of coverage you want. If you want another color, wipe out the container and repeat!
