I think these panel cards are the BOMB!  They are very easy to make too.  Just take a 12 x 5-1/2" piece of Whisper White card stock and fold it in half.  Then fold each side in half again. Use the Decorative Label punch on the bottom of each panel by punching out a little less that half – it makes it look like the bottom of a dresser to me. The Confetti Stars Border punch was used on the top of this swap card.  Cut Basic Black layers for each panel and then a layer to stamp on.  LOVE LOVE LOVE!  Sure to get a big WOW!
