This ribbon and Designer Series Paper comes to you from the Ice Cream Parlor Ribbon & Button Pack and the matching Ice Cream Parlor Designer Series Paper & Quick Accents Pack – ALSO FREE!!
The card base is 9 x 3 1/4 scored at 2 1/2 and 6 3/4. Fold on the score lines and adhere to make the card pocket. The present top is 3 x 4 1/4 – folded in half to create the top. The insert is 3 x 3 1/2. Attach the present top with a Glimmer Brad on one side for the hinge. The bow is made from oval punches. Use the Small Oval punch first and then punch with the Large Oval Punch – glue all your oval outlines together with Liquid Glue and Waaa Laaa!!!

I tried following your directions and I confused myself I think. I assume that I have to adhere the base in the back where the two folds come together as well as at the bottom of the “pocket”. Does the lid all attach on the front or is it split to form a true cover for the notecard and pocket? How do you hide the brad legs?
