Repetitive Motion Technique Card

Isn't this stunning?  My friend Dawn came up with this brilliant idea and I just had to make one for myself…and YOU!

Do you recognize this stamp set used to make the wreath?  It's my FAVORITE fall set – French Foliage from the Holiday Mini Catalog!!!!  How cool is that?  All you do is ink up the leaf in Old Olive and stamp once, twice, three times in a row (without reinking), while turning your cardstock in a circle. SUPER SIMPLE!  Give it a try on scrap paper for the first time…it took me one practice run to get it down.

Then stamp the "watermarks" or holly berries (as we're using it here) with Rich Razzleberry ink and WAA LA!!!  Stunning!  Thanks for such a GREAT idea Dawn!!!

This is one of the cards we'll be making this month at my FREE stamping classes.  Join me in Menasha this Thursday or Monday, 11/29 for a fabulous lineup!  You're sure to go home with some great ideas to add to your stampin' library!

Here are some of the products used to make this card:

French Foliage #120845 (Wood) $19.95 or #121166 (Clear) $14.95

  1. This isn’t a new technique to me, but the card is really stunning. I love it, especially the clever use of the watermark/spatter stamp for berries!
