Welcome to the January TOTALLY TECHNIQUES DESIGN TEAM blog hop! We are all featuring the Die Cut Spotlight technique! This is a fabulous technique that allows you to highlight a small portion of your stamped image! I have a video tutorial to show you how I did it here:

I had so much fun making this Die Cut Spotlight technique card. I chose a circle from the Layering Circles Dies but any shape would work for your featured spotlight.

You can modify any punch by using this technique: 

Love this designer series paper – so bright and fresh!

This card uses the Petal Pink print:

Dimensions:

• Basic White Thick 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
• Basic White 3 1/4" X 4 1/2"
• Basic Black 3 3/8" x 4 5/8"
• Friendly Hello DSP 4" x5 1/4"
• Petal Pink or Pool Party scrap for tag
• 2 1/2" x 6" DSP for envelope flap

A 1/2" strip on the inside is the perfect decoration to add a little something.
