Triple Time Stamping Technique

Welcome to the TOTALLY TECHNIQUES BLOG HOP! We have a fabulous technique this month called TRIPLE TIME STAMPING.

I chose the STAY WARM stamp set and the SNOWFLAKE KISSES BUNDLE – so fun! You’ll find a video tutorial here:

Triple Time Stamping is a fun and easy technique that has a little optical illusion magic built in! You need three cardstock layers that are temporarily stacked on top of each other. Stamp your images over the edges pressing firmly to get a complete images across the borders. Pull the layers apart and add coordinating colored mats under them.

My Night of Navy mats are 1/8″ bigger than the Basic White panels. I used Cloud Cover Ink for the solid images by stamping the same hat & mittens using the back side (smooth rubber) of each stamp – the STAY WARM stamp set is a “reverse” image set.

Night of Navy – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, 4 1/8″ x 2 3/8″, 2 5/8″ x 3 3/8″, scrap
Basic White – 2 @ 4″ x 5 1/4″, 4″ x 2 1/4″, 2 1/2″ x 3 /14″, scrap

This card uses Real Red and Pool Party for the card base and inks.
