Very nice card, great idea on saving card stock. I would like to make one suggestion, if you were to use double adhesive paper on your card stock before cutting it out, you’re happy birthday sentiment, and balloons, it would make it easier later when you go to attach the happy birthday sentiment to just peel off the backing and stick and the same with the balloons. Thanks for sharing.
