Because I know you're going to want to know – what is that string of beads on my Paper Snips? It's a gift from my fabulous friend Laurie Krauss. Just a decoration that gives my snips a little bling and helps identify them when I take them to classes. Pretty right?
DISCLAIMER: I do not usually touch political "anything" on my blog but I felt that whether you were pro or con – this is funny stuff!
Obama, Hillary and Trump are standing at the throne of heaven.
God looks at them and says, "Before granting you a place at my side, I must ask you what you have learned, what you believe in."
God asks Obama first: "What do you believe?"
He thinks long and hard, looks God in the eye, and says, "I believe in hard work, and in staying true to family and friends. I believe in giving. I was lucky, but I always tried to do right by my countrymen".
God can't help but see the essential goodness of Obama, and offers him a seat to his left.
Then God turns to Hillary and says, "What do you believe?"
Hillary says, "I believe passion, discipline, courage and honor are the fundamentals of life. Like Obama I believe in hard work I, too, have been lucky, but win or lose, I've always tried to be a true patriot and a loyal American."
God is greatly moved by Hillary's high-pitched eloquence, and he offers her a seat to his right.
Finally, God turns to Trump and says, "And you, Donald, what do you believe?"
Trump replies, "I believe you're in my seat."

Love that tip, I fight with opening my ribbon every time!! (And paper packages too!) On a different note, maybe you’ve done this, or it could be a Sunday FaceBook Live thing or a tip video, but I always forget how to use the different coloring products (aqua painter, blender pen, and watercolor pencils) and wonder when is the best time to use each one…
Love your joke this week!! Too funny!!!!!
Love the tip but really, REALLY loved the joke of the week! Took funny and sadly, too true.
Great TOP TIP I have always wondered why they have to put the plastic so tight onto the ribbon but now I know how to get it off safely I am not bothered. TFS :O) xxx
What a brilliant blog post – the tip is brilliant and the joke is hilarious. I must apologise to you as I watch your facebook replays but I realise I always click on the like button but then I forget to comment. I will try harder as I do enjoy watching you and hearing about your life.
That joke was too funny and sadly, too true.
Sometimes I can grab that tape on the ribbon roll and pull it off; sometimes I can squeeze it and the wrapper will slip off over the roll; generally I cut it the way you showed!
Just FYI, the email link to your video doesn’t work in my emails….not sure why but thought I’d tell ya.
Thanks Kelly, for all you do and all you share. Have a great day!
