Thanks so much for joining me today! The cards that I’m sharing are part of a blog hop with the fabulous ONE STAMP AT A TIME DESIGN TEAM! We are all making cards with the theme “weather or not!” FUN!!! Here’s a video tutorial showing you how to make a fun layout that I created with a tropical theme to share some beachy vibes while I’m wrapping up my extended stay in Sarasota, Florida.

The weather in Sarasota has been amazing with the exception of today. It’s rainy, overcast and windy…but tomorrow is going to be glorious! I chose the PARADISE PALMS stamp set and PALM DIES along with the ENJOY THE JOURNEY DESIGNER SERIES PAPER to make a tropical card that will definitely make a lucky someone feel the sunshine when I share this birthday card!
Here is the inside. I added the Coastal Cabana palm tree and a 3/4″ strip of the ENJOY THE JOURNEY DSP.
Dimensions:
- Sahara Sand 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored at 5 1/2″
- Enjoy the Journey DSP 4″ x 5 1/4″ & 3/4″ x 5 1/4″ & scraps
- Basic White 4″ x 5 1/4″ & 2 3/8″ circle die & scrap
- Coastal Cabana scrap
Here’s the same card with a few changes – color for one! I use a different pattern of the ENJOY THE JOURNEY DSP and Pumpkin Pie for the solid circle. I used Polished Pink Ink for the palm trees. The Basic White background is embossed with one of the three new BASIC 3D EMBOSSING FOLDERS. These folders are sold as a trio and they are only available in my online store HERE.

,All the dimensions are the same for this card. Shown below is the PARADISE PALMS stamp set and the PALMS DIES – LOVE all the elements in both! They are retiring on May 1st along with the THREE TWINE COMBO PACK, ENJOY THE JOURNEY DSP and the IRIDESCENT PASTEL GEMS.
I love both of these cards – I can’t wait to use them for a couple summer birthdays coming up soon!
I won’t be live on Sunday night – we are headed back to Wisconsin on Saturday – sniff sniff! I’ll really miss the glorious weather here in Sarasota but I’m looking forward to getting back to my friends and family!
