OH MY – is this STINKIN' CUTE OR WHAT??? There's a little story behind my winter sampler. We always do a swap at our demonstrator team Christmas party. A couple years our theme was winter sampler squares. So everyone participating designed one square and then made 10 or 15 of them to swap with others. We each came home with 18 of these adorable squares. I did a little reorganizing the other day and came across my bag of all these little beauties. BOOM – my super great idea to actually make something with them turned out like this:

What an amazing gift to give!!!! Here are some close up photos of the squares. Most of these products are retired, but you use any holiday related stamp sets and embellishments to make your little squares:

The details:

I used an 8-1/2 x 11 Frame
Each square is 1-3/8 x 1-3/8
Background is 1 sheet of 8-1/2 x 11 Soft Sky
For positioning squares – start 1" in from each side & 1-1/4" in from top and bottom
I left a 1/4" in between each square
I only had 18 squares so I put the die cut PEACE in the blank space

This was so fun and really easy to make – of course because all the work was done right??? I encourage you to make one for every holiday/season. Get your stamping friends together to do a swap so you can make a keepsake gift like this too!
