What a great way to create a little matching gift packaging for a gift card right? I love these SCALLOPED GIFT CARD BOXES! They are super easy to assemble – being all pre-scored and require no glue. And one of the best features is the gift card insert POPS UP when you open the box!
OH MY GOSH! These are so fun to make and they’re easy too! I chose the MASTERFULLY MADE DSP to match cards that I made a little while ago. You’ll find the dimensions and details for those cards HERE.
Here’s the inside of the gift card box. I used SWEET SORBET embossed with one of the BASICS 3D EMBOSSING FOLDERS and a 1/4″ strip of Pumpkin Pie for the accent behind the sentiment label. I found my velcro dots at Walmart.
Dimensions:
- Masterfully Made DSP: top-2 3/4″ x 4″, front & back-7/8″ x 4″, sides-7/8″ x 2 3/4″
- Sweet Sorbet: inside layer 2 3/4″ x 4″
This gift box features a BELLY BAND. I again used the MASTERFULLY MADE 12″ X 12″ DESIGNER SERIES PAPER cut to 3″ x 12″. Wrapped it around the box and cut off the excess on the back where it overlaps.
Dimesions:
- Masterfully Made DSP: 2″ x about 7 1/2″
- Pumpkin Pie: inside layer 2 3/4″ x 4″
This inside of this one uses Pumpkin Pie embossed with one of the BASICS 3D EMBOSSING FOLDERS. The double sun behind the sentiment is Lemon Lolly.
