This card uses an emboss resist technique. I used the STAMPIN’ BRAYER to add Pretty Peacock Ink to the MOST ADORED SPECIALTY DESIGNER SERIES PAPER (free during Sale-a-Bration). This card features an embossed and die cut sentiment using GOLD FOIL PAPER.
The inside sentiment comes from the PERENNIAL POSTAGE stamp set.
This card uses Orchid Oasis and Starry Sky cardstock with the EVERYDAY DETAILS DIES.
The sentiment on this card was created by adding ink to the embossing folder with the brayer before die cutting.
This is a BACK FOLD FUN FOLD card.
I also made a Valentine card with Real Red and Flirty Flamingo. Still using the MOST ADORED SPECIALTY DESIGNER SERIES PAPER.
My last card is a Get Well card that features the same MOST ADORED SPECIALTY DESIGNER SERIES PAPER and the EVERYDAY DETAILS DIES. I used the brayer with Flirty Flamingo Ink directly on the die cut sentiment to highlight the raised image.
The GOLD FACETED ADHESIVE-BACKED SEQUINS are from the CLEARANCE RACK and they’re only $3.20!
The inside sentiment is from the PERENNIAL POSTAGE stamp set.
After playing with these hybrid embossing folders I feel more confident about using them. They really add a lot to my cards!
