I’m featuring the SIMPLY ZINNIA COLLECTION for my class tonight. Here’s the first card we make – a fun layout that really highlights the gorgeous FLOWERING ZINNIAS DSP.
Here’s the inside – I stamped off once for a 2nd generation image to make it easy to write over top of the zinnia image. The inside image is from a stamp set called COMFORTING THOUGHTS (available 3/5 in my online store):
The card below on the left is the same card with a different pattern of the FLOWERING ZINNIAS DSP – which do you like better?
I was so happy with how this card turned out – it’s a FRAME SPOTLIGHT TECHNIQUE. I love the little bit of coloring with the Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers. I used Pumpkin Pie, Lemon Lolly and Lemon Lime Twist. I also flicked the card front with the Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker.

I had so much fun with this card – I made it in Real Red and Lemon Lolly too – which do you like best?
And the last card in the FREE CARD KIT uses the new ZINNIA 3D EMBOSSING FOLDER and BERRY BURST, OLD OLIVE & WHITE GLIMMER SPECIALTY PAPER – both are new Online Exclusive products available 3/5.

Good morning, Kelly. Watched your Zinnias video. Those cards were lovely. Loved the DSP. Had lots of interruptions on my tablet last evening, so I watched it again on my main computer and was better. My parents always planted Zinnias in their garden when I was growing up. Always had a bouquet in the house.
