TECHNIQUE BACKGROUND – Bubble wrap is a fabulous technique that I always love to use with any type of sea life images. The A FISH & A WISH bundle was perfect for my card! I usually wrap my bubble wrap around the largest acrylic block – but I didn’t bring it to Florida so I did the next best thing! I wrapped it around the plate on my STAMPARATUS – it worked GREAT! I used Bermuda Bay Ink to stamp the background layer for a fun “bubble” look!
